We have built two homes on Mount Tamborine, and have built and/or renovated another twenty elsewhere. So we have experienced plenty of building trials and tribulations. We therefore needed a builder who would complete our most recent renovation competently and with minimal stress. We found that builder in Troy Mackriell.

Troy is the most reliable ,competent and affable builder we have experienced. He provided accurate cost estimates, and in the case of small cost over-runs he tried to offset them with any savings elsewhere on the job. He is thus a totally honest builder of great integrity. A key strength is his flexibility. We had many changes in what was a complicated renovation of a 1970’s home. He accommodated these with minimal fuss and with very reasonable additional costs. He is also very knowledgeable across all the relevant trades and has access to an excellent team of sub-contractors. Never have we experienced such a happy, coherent and competent team, all of whom work regularly under Troy’s supervision. We unequivocally recommend Troy as a skilled, honest and totally reliable builder.
